Symptom narrative

Cough and throat itching around 10:35AM - 10:40AM. Progressed to flushing, pruritis, and dyspnea by 10:45AM. Oxygen decreased to 89% HR 143. 25mg PO Benadryl given 10:40AM. 0.15mg epi IM given 10:49AM. Oxygen administered via NRB mask. Symptoms resolved by 10:55AM.
