Patient received Prevnar 20 on 2/7/2026. patient reports being bedridden for two days with severe fatigue, high fever, sweating, and an injecting-site reaction, she took Ibuprofen and acetaminophen and applied cold compresses All systemic symptoms have resolved: however. the injection site remains red and warm to touch. Patient said she reach out her doctor and she was refer to back to the pharmacy where she received the vaccine.
