No previous TEs. Permission to contact is yes. Supported outcome. No additional AE/No PQC.; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a(n) 1-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 22-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the expired dose of Pneumococcal 15-valent Conjugate Vaccine (VAXNEUVANCE), formulation: injection, lot #X027947, expiration date: 12-Jan-2026, 0.5 mL (route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis (expired product administered).
