Symptom narrative

never got second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (Received 1st dose in 2019). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never got second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 05-FEB-2026 The reporter was the patient and stated that he/she got the Shingrix vaccine in 2019 and never got second dose, asked if need to start over with 2 or 1 dose.
