Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

late dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive HBV (Engerix B) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Heplisav b (received dose of Heplisav b on 16-MAY-2025) and Engerix b (received a dose on 14-OCT-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Engerix B. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: late dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 04-FEB-2026 Pharmacist called stating patient received his first dose of Heplisav-B and for his second dose he received Engerix-B. Patient was there to get his third dose of hepatitis B and pharmacist was asked if this qualifies for the 3 dose series.
