expired Product Used; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 41-year-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix 1440) (batch number T9TL9, expiry date 05-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 05-FEB-2026, the patient received Havrix 1440. On 05-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix 1440, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: expired Product Used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
