On October 2, 2025, I received a COVID-19 vaccine at a Pharmacy. I had signed consent for a flu vaccine and tetanus vaccine and did not intend to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. A COVID-19 vaccine was administered. After vaccination, I began experiencing persistent symptoms including headaches, insomnia, tinnitus, numbness in my fingers and toes, fatigue, and cognitive impairment (?brain fog?). The headaches became constant and increased in frequency. Insomnia worsened over time, with difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. These symptoms persisted for approximately three months and interfered with normal daily functioning. On January 9, 2026, I sought medical evaluation for these symptoms. During that visit, I reported that the symptoms began after the COVID-19 vaccination on October 2, 2025. Medical treatment included prescription medication for migraines and insomnia and initiation of monthly vitamin B-12 injections. Follow-up care was recommended. At the time of this report, symptoms are ongoing but under medical management.
