Symptom narrative

On 02/06/26 the client was given the pediatric dose (0.5mL) of Engerix-B instead of the adult dose (1mL). The error was discovered 02/10/26 in the morning, by the nurse. The client was contacted via phone to come into the clinic to receive the correct dose.
