Symptom narrative

Woke up 2/10 with soreness in the right arm, ankle and leg swelling, gums inflamed/puffy, increased heart rate. Went to ER on 2/10 blood pressure was high at 168 (patient didn't remember exact number). patient was discharged from ER with 3 prescriptions: Medrol Dosepack, zyrtec and famotidine
