Symptom narrative

Patient received her first shingles shot in Left deltoid arm, after the vaccine was reconstituted. Patient came back in Wednesday because she has a rash in the same arm, but down about 1-2 inches. She stated it started the day after vaccine. At first there was a knot at the site that went down but became red, hot and dispersed.
