Symptom narrative

Mom called Dr. the day after patient got vaccinated. As per mom patient's leg got swollen, indurated, mild redness and no fever. Dr. gave indications to mom by applying warm compresses and give motrin when needed. As of 2-11-26 patient's reaction is doing much better as per mom.
