Symptom narrative

Shoulder was very sore after vaccine but began to wear off as expected. Within the next few weeks after the vaccine, the soreness began to return. By the beginning of the year the soreness only presented itself occasionally when doing certain movements. Over the last 5 years the soreness has become shooting pain and occasional has become all the time. I now have trouble sleeping and lifting things with my left arm.
