Symptom narrative

Mom called the office on 2/11/2026 stating patient had developed a fever of 102.4 on 2/10/2026 in the evening. Mom had been giving Tylenol as needed and this brought the fever down, but once Tylenol wore off, he was back to fevers of 102. Dr. made aware and advised mom to alternate Tylenol and Motrin and to make the office aware if fevers continue for more than 3 days.

Central Hypothyroidism, Hx of GERD, Chronic Idiopathic Constipation.

Other medications

Albuterol Nebulizer Solution as needed, Cetirizine oral liquid daily.
