ArthralgiaLoss of personal independence in daily activities

Symptom narrative

Pt stated approximetly 10 days after receiving injection experiencing joint pain in hands, ankles and knees. Most severe pain in hands making it difficult to complete daily tasks.

Current illness

12/10/25 - Common cold. Pt given prednisone 40mg x 5 days, Doxyclycine 100mg twice daily for ten days and Albuterol 90mcg 2 puffs as needed for wheezing or shortness of breath

Medical history

COPD, allergic rhinitis, chronic smoker, invasive ductal carcinoma of left breast diagnoses 10/21 - pt in remission

Other medications

Flonase 50mcg 2 sprays per nostril twice daily, Optivar 0.05% eye drops 1 drop per eye up to twice daily as needed, Albuterol 90mcg 2 puffs every 4 hrs as needed for wheezing or shortness of breath

Allergies

Bee venom, tape (adhesive), buproprion
