mother called office states child broke out in a rash on back , between legs approximately 4 hours after receiving the vaccine- called the office today 2/11/26 around 2:50 pm and states her son went to school still has rash but no ther symptoms neither shortness of breath, fever, advised mother that patient needs to be seen- mother taking child to urgent care closer to her home
