She reports after receiving the vaccine she developed chills, body aches, palpitations, intermittent dry cough. All symptoms improved today but still has body aches. She took an otc anti-histamine with some relief. She had chest tightness yesterday, lasted a few hours, which has since resolved. She denies hx of adverse reaction to influenza vaccine. She notes her mom told her that she started to develop a reaction to flu vaccine after age 30. Patient denies fevers, cp, palpitations, sob, wheezing, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, rash. Denies lip, tongue and throat swelling She follows with cardiology for familial hyperlipidemia and reports "normal" ecg 2-3 months ago and "normal "holter monitor in the past 12-18 months
