Extra dose/2nd dose on 2022; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Menveo (1st dose at 11 years of age). On 01-JAN-2022, the patient received the 2nd dose of Menveo. On 01-JAN-2022, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Extra dose/2nd dose on 2022). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 09-FEB-2026 The reporter needs to know if they must administer a 3rd dose of Menveo or to proceed with the Bexsero vaccine. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
