The patient's relevant medical history included: "Blood pressure" (unspecified if ongoing); "Diabetes" (unspecified if ongoing); "atrial fibrillation" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: HUMULINE taken for diabetes mellitus; TRESIBA. The patient also took other concomitant therapy. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Primary immunization completed.), for Covid-19 immunization.
