Injection site erythema

Symptom narrative

Patient presented at 1545. The right leg has an erythematous reaction 4.5 by3cm in size down the leg involving the knee. This is a localized reaction. Will treat with Famotidine. Instructed to give Infants Tylenol for discomfort.
