Patient reported that she is "68 years old" and received GARDASIL 9.; Patient did not report any symptoms or side effects; This Spontaneous report was received from a 68 -year-old patient of unknown gender reporting on him/herself. No information was provided regarding the patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies and concomitant medication. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) at a dose of 0.50 mL for prophylaxis (dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot number and expiration date were not reported) (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age). The patient stated that she was going back to receive her second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) on the reporting date, and she was unable to get the Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) dose due to a coupon not working for her since she was outside of the indicated age range.
