Shingles; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer and described the occurrence of shingles in an adult male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: Shingles). The outcome of the shingles was unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 13-OCT-2025 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. It was reported that the patient had shingles after the first government recommended shingles shot. The patient went to the doctor, with pain in his left scapula reaching around to the left chest area. She sent him to the cardiologist because she mistook the shingles pain in the chest for a heart attack. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
