Previously administered products included Shingrix with an associated reaction of muscle spasms (received the first dose in OCT or NOV-2025). Concurrent medical conditions included ulcerative colitis. Concomitant products included simvastatin (Statin). On 06-FEB-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix.
