Symptom narrative

On 2/11/26 she developed a red spot on the side of the face; bumps spread to a few on the face and a few in the upper diaper area, chest and back. Vomited once on 2/10/26 and once on 2/10/26. Did not sleep well 2/10/26 and 2/11/26. Fever to 101 in the office.

Current illness

otitis media treated with amoxicillin and then augmentin; course of abx finished >2 weeks prior to immunization
