extra dose; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a adult male patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Quebec (FluLaval 2024-2025 season) (batch number 724TF, expiry date 30-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included FluLaval (received first dose on 21-OCT-2025 with batch number 5EF45 and expiry date 09-JUN-2026). On 04-FEB-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of FluLaval 2024-2025 season. On 04-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving FluLaval 2024-2025 season, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: extra dose).
