Approximately 1 hour after receiving vaccines the patient developed a rash starting around the injection site of her R thigh. Mother states rash rapidly spread to involve her whole body. Rash is consistent with hives. Mother also noticed that patient was wheezing so she took her to the ER. No other symptoms noted. At the ER she met anaphylaxis criteria and received 2 doses of Epi and a dose of Decadron per mother. She showed significantly improvement shortly after and was discharged to home. Today, mother states she is back to baseline.
