Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccines and a few minutes later passed out. Patient came back too a minute or two later, vomited and then passed out again and had convulsions. Patient's glucose, hemoglobin and VS were checked and were all normal. After he passed out the second time he came back too again a couple of minutes later and was alert and oriented to time, place, date but had not recollection of event. Patient was transported to emergency room by EMS for further evaluation.
