Symptom narrative

Patient experience pain when the injection was administered. Since the injection, soreness began and remained. Several weeks later, inflammation began. Patient has seen an orthopedists and has had an X-ray. Has had steroid injection. Still experiencing pain 2-3 times per night causing him to wake up and apply ice. Mobility has been reduced.
