Symptom narrative

Patient developed bloody emesis and stools on 2/9/26 and was seen at an immediate care center, where she was referred to Emergency Department. She was then evaluated at another hospital, where an ultrasound revealed intussusception. The intussusception was successfully treated with a barium enema at hospital. She was observed in the hospital with no recurrence or complications and was discharged home on 2/10/26
