Started feeling achy that evening. At 4am, severe diarrhea and vomiting started with a headache! Lasted for throughout the day with vomiting decreasing but diarrhea staying. Slept intermittently throughout the day waking every 2-3 hours with D. Started to subside late evening, residual D during sleep hours, much less. Wednesday morning feeling better took an Imodium and was able to drink water and green tea with lemongrass and honey..rice for super. Slept less on Wednesday. Today, Thursday, much better, took Imodium this morning and eating normally!
