Given MMR vaccine with expiration date 1/31/26 inadvertently which was 9 days prior to date given on 2/9/2026. I drew up all the vaccines after discussing with 2nd RN. I administered the vaccines (Varicella SQ and Flu IM) on the left thigh. Second RN was handed the vaccines for the L side originally, but she thought it was easier for me to give the left sided thigh vaccines due to positioning due to less experience with pediatrics. Vaccines were all labelled or simply showed name of vaccine on original vial except the MMR. The MMR was labelled with a marker as "MMR" on the diluent syringe and colored sticker w/"SQ R"). IZ's written in books prior. Error discovered when putting into EHR after administration.
