Intermittent Urticaria- c/o pruritic rash - started 2 weeks ago on inner thighs- then noted diffuse itching. She has never had a similar problem in the past. The rash comes and goes on different parts of her body- at various time has been on scalp and palms of hands. The rash resolves when she takes an antihistamine (is taking Allegra 60 mg). She otherwise feels well. She mentions that the rash started on the evening of the day when she received her first dose of HPV vaccine. She also reports that she used to be "allergic to the sun" and develop hives when she had sun exposure- seemed to outgrow this
