Patient returned to clinic crying complaining of trouble breathing and bilateral eye swelling about 30 minutes after he left our clinic.

Lab data

at 12:00- immediately obtained vital signs, pulse oxygenation was 99%, no wheezing noted, gave dose of Benadryl. Family notified and picked up child from school-based clinic, ER precautions were given, grandmother stated understanding. Patient feeling better and mild swelling to eyes still present.
