Symptom narrative

Right arm/shoulder stiffness began about 2 days after immunization. Does not know if there has been redness as she states she has red tattoo in area where immunization was given. Denies swelling, lump, area has not been warm to touch, no fevers. Right arm stiffness and pain have not been improving, says it is worse in the mornings, wakes up with stiffness and a couple times has woken up with some numbness as well.

Hyperlipidemia, TMJ, Osteopenia, Hypothyroidism, Ulcerative Colitis, GERD, Herpes, Anxiety, Depression, insomnia

Disulfiram, fluoxetine, gabapentin, hydroxyzine, levothyroxine, multiple vitamins, probiotics, rosuvastatin, steqeyma, valacyclovir, vitamin D
