Symptom narrative

Pt woke up next morning on 10/31/25 after injection with itchy rash in groin area to knee on both sides, then moved to stomach, belt line, underarms, back of head and forhead. Pt contacted PCP she suggested Benadryl. Pt got a little relief. On 11/01/2025 at 10:00 AM Pt was evaluated at Medical Center ER due to itching. Per, RN Pt recieved Predisone 20mg BID for 5 days. On 11/02/2025 rash and itching had improved.Pt called on 11/06/2025 and rash was resolved.
