Symptom narrative

Patient states, "I noticed severe symptoms a few hours after getting the vaccine. This is consistent with how a typical reaction to egg for me goes; it sometimes will take a few hours before I notice major symptoms, but I did notice nausea and feeling tired after about 30 minutes. I made the decision to go to the ER because my friends had noticed splotching on my arms and face, and I could feel my throat getting tight. My friend also noticed that I was noticeably puffy. At the ER I was given Decadron, Pepcid, Epinephrine, and Benadryl and was sent home after 3 hours of monitoring."
