Coadministration of Penmenvy with Bexsero (on the same vaccination date, different arm on the same patient); This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of overdose in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number 5S723, expiry date 08-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 9N424, expiry date 30-JUN-2028) for prophylaxis. On 30-JAN-2026, the patient received Penmenvy and Bexsero. On 30-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy and Bexsero, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: Coadministration of Penmenvy with Bexsero (on the same vaccination date, different arm on the same patient)).
