Client came in with his family to receive vaccines. Child?s mother answered ?No? to all questions on the Screening Checklist for Contraindications to Vaccines for Children and Teens form. Child received the following vaccines at approximately at 1435 hours: Kinrix and Varicella. At approximately 1445 hours it was brought to our attention by child?s mother that he was feeling ?a little dizzy.? The child appeared pale. PHN immediately activated safety precautions, such as gravity chair and obtaining vitals. Child was placed on the gravity chair. Vital?s obtained at 1448 BP:93/51. The child was given juice and his skin color started coming back to normal. Final BP obtained at 1506 BP: 97/68. The child was alert and responsive. PHN educated child?s mother on when to seek emergency care and when to follow up with his pediatrician. Child left the Public Health Center at approximately 1515 hours with no issues. PHN Supervisor was notified of the incident as well as PHN Manager. VAERS:
