Symptom narrative

pt reports started with fever bodyaches chills 2/7 after recieving vaccine lasted for 2 days felt better then tuesday started with scratchy throat dry cough, and right eye tearing, then wednesday red itchy patchy at site of injection, then thursday redness swelling itching worsened and spread down towards elbow, also bodyaches, chills and pain left side of chest
