Symptom narrative

Patient got immunized 11 Feb and within 24 hours developed pain red swollen hip and leg with edema extending from his hip to knee preventing him from walking. Mild redness and warmth. Patient was seen in the ER on 12 Feb for this concern and monitoring was recommended at home. On 13 Feb followed up with patient on the phone and they still had some swelling but were able to walk more with a slight limp.

None, but does have history of swollen red limp after flu shot in Nov 2024 that resulted in cellulitis treatment because his entire arm turned red swollen and he had fever within 24 hours of Afluria vaccine
