Symptom narrative

Pt states within hours of getting the TDAP shot. She experienced severe pain and limited range of motion in Right shoulder. Currently she is unable to perform basic task without having severe pain. Such as turning the steering wheel, tying the back of her hair. And reaching for something in the car.
