Symptom narrative

Varicella immunization was given too close to MMR (< 28 days) making it "invalid". MMRII/Priorix (LOT X011431) was given on 1/8/2025. Additionally, a second dose of Hep A and a third dose of IPV was given too early in the series, so those doses are also invalid.
