Myocardial infarction; This is a spontaneous report received from a Pharmacist from a sales representative. A 66-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), on 20Nov2024 as dose 1, single (Lot number: LM7786) at the age of 66 years, in arm for covid-19 immunisation; varicella zoster vaccine rge (cho) (SHINGRIX), on 20Nov2024 as dose 2, single (Lot number: 99YAJ), in left arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Hypertension" (unspecified if ongoing); "High Cholesterol" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Shingrix (DOSE 1, SINGLE), for Immunization. The following information was reported: MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (death, medically significant) with onset 05Dec2024, outcome "fatal".
