She reports that I received the second dose of Shingrix on November 29th, 2025; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 69-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on 31-MAY-2024). On 29-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 29-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: She reports that I received the second dose of Shingrix on November 29th, 2025). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
