tingling skin; numbness; itching in injection arm; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer and described the occurrence of tingling skin in a 72-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included cholesterol. Concomitant products included ramipril and atorvastatin. On 13-DEC-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (left arm). On 15-DEC-2025, 2 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced tingling skin (Verbatim: tingling skin), numbness (Verbatim: numbness) and pruritus (Verbatim: itching in injection arm). The outcome of the tingling skin, numbness and pruritus were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the tingling skin, numbness and pruritus to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the tingling skin, numbness and pruritus to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-FEB-2026 The reporter reported the symptoms to pharmacist and they both said it was temporary side effect except it was not going away and may be spreading to left shoulder and back.
