Late 2nd dose/not received 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Bexsero (patient had received the 1st dose of Bexsero back in May 2025). The patient did not receive Bexsero. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late 2nd dose/not received 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-FEB-2026 The pharmacist called to inform him that a patient had received the 1st dose of Bexsero back in 2025 and did not receive the 2nd dose on time. Reporter did not have details on the administration of the vaccine nor the patient, since it was a new patient and such dose had been given in another facility. The batch number was not provided for first dose upon follow up with the reporter.
