administration of an expired Pediarix dose; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 2-month-old female patient who received DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) (batch number 77J49, expiry date 09-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 11-FEB-2026, the patient received Pediarix. On 11-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Pediarix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: administration of an expired Pediarix dose).
