The patient received two COVID injections on 2-13-26 from two different clinical Assistants. They each did not know that the other one gave it. The physician asked the second CA to please give the COVID vaccine to the patient due to the patient needing to get to another appointment not knowing that the first CA had already given the injection prior to the seeing the patient. No adverse reactions seen at this time as the patient is still in the clinic. The physician is speaking with the patient nd her son.
