No additional AE; dose of PROQUAD was administered one day after the expiration date; This Spontaneous report was received from physician assistant and an office manager via Company representative concerning a 4 -year-old patient of unspecified gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. Historical drugs included the first dose of Measles vaccine live (Enders-Edmonston) (+) Mumps vaccine live (Jeryl Lynn) (+) Rubella vaccine live (Wistar RA 27/3) (+) Varicella zoster vaccine live (Oka/Merck) (PROQUAD). The patient's concomitant medications, concurrent conditions and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. On 04-Feb-2025, the patient was inadvertently administered an expired dose of Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (PROQUAD), 1 dosage form (second dose), batch/lot number Y013573, expiration date 03-Feb-2026 which was diluted with sterile diluent solution for injection, batch/lot number 1973322, expiration date 28-Nov-2026 and administered as prophylaxis (anatomical location and route of administration were not reported) (expired product administered.)
