Symptom narrative

Patient experienced soreness first few days and some loss of range of motion as well. Symptoms have persisted for the following few weeks. Patient saw doctor and was prescribed meloxicam which helped the symptoms slightly. Patient called this week to report since it has been ongoing for the past month. Patient reports pain in shoulder only and can still move shoulder up and down but experiences difficulty midway when lifted.
