Symptom narrative

Patient went shopping after receiving the vaccine. He became unstable and reported dizziness and blurry vision. He was brought back to the pharmacy and was monitored. Blood pressure was taken at 125/79. Patient was given bottle of water and has slowly become more stable.

Current illness

Had endoscopy for an internal bleed.
